Keep Hope Alive!

     Our God has a reputation for not only showing up, but, also for ‘showing out’.  He can make His presence seen and experienced in ways that are undeniably awesome.  It would have taken nothing less than a miracle to save the life of the widow of Zarephath and her son (1 Kings 17:1-16).  Day by day, she watched the meal supply in the barrel get lower and lower.  There was only enough for one more meal cake.  So she thought!  God stepped in and changed things for her.  There is good news for us today.  He does not cease to do things that seem impossible.  Trust and don’t doubt.  God still has the ‘last word’ in medical reports, court cases, promotions and provision. Rejoice in knowing that He is watching over you and nothing has changed.  Even in this day and time, He’s still the same wonder-working God.
